I'm Faith Hicks, a REALTOR® based in Irvine and the agent who helps clients renovate and sell. My real estate career started in 2009 as a sales agent in Manila, and I've held my California license since 2018. Today I work with homeowners across Orange County, from luxury sellers and families relocating to or from Southern California to executors and trustees handling an estate.

My approach is simple. We figure out what your home actually needs, fix what matters, skip what doesn't, and bring it to market with a plan, not a guess. I'm a Certified Probate & Trust Specialist through a C.A.R. course, so when a sale runs through probate or a trust, I can walk you through each step calmly and work alongside your attorney.

I'm a mom of five, and I believe hard work goes far and a pure heart goes even farther. You can count on reliability, clear communication, and consistency from me. Every transaction is about people, not just a deal.
